Ura Duo

Ura Duo was born in the undergraduate and Jazz interpretation Master’s Degree courses in Musikene; it is a project informed by passion for transmitting feelings and experiences through music, immersing the spectator in each composition. Its repertoire, comprising compositions and arrangements done by the group itself, stands out for its originality and creativity. Inspired by artists many and diverse, its influences range from Hiromi to the captivating sound tracks of the Ghibli Studios.

Álex Haro, tenor sax and soprano sax, joins Gonzalo Encinal on piano, to bring us what today is Ura Duo. The duo are, at present, working on new compositions to give birth to what will be their second studio record.
