BY TRAIN

In the middle of the city, located on France Avenue, you can find the main train station, called “Estación del Norte”. The services offered by Renfe make possible the connection between most of the Spanish capitals and some European cities such as Paris and Lisbon.

The city also has another railway network , that connects San Sebastian with France (Hendaye), Bilbao and many localities of the Basque shore. You can find this station in Easo Square.

BY CAR

Getting to Donostia/ San Sebastian by car is very easy. The city is connected to the rest of Spain and to France by National Road N1/AP1 (Madrid-Irun), the A-8 (Bilbao-Irun) and A-63 (Paris-Irun) motorways, and the A-15 trunk road (Pamplona-San Sebastian).

Donostia has a subterranean parking network and a regulated public parking system, altogether, more than 6000 parking places available.
