The Nacho Soto Trío is a project fronted by the pianist and composer lending his name to the threesome, born from the need to express his personal voice and approach to music through original pieces referring to the scenes and characters in his life.

Completing the trio are the double bassist Jon Carranza and the drummer Hilario Rodeiro, who join the pianist in making this music their own, maturing it in an ongoing dialogue full of ideas transpiring from their different points of view. The result is music drawing on contemporary Jazz and the big classical composers, with a free spirit and enormous expressiveness taking the listener into a deeply emotional and reflexive world. They are currently working on their first album, penned for release in 2024.
